Andres Gomez MN, NP-PCH
Medical Director & FounderAndres Gomez is the Medical Director of TrueForm Medical Aesthetics & Wellness and a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of clinical experience. He earned his Master of Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate from the University of Toronto and is committed to delivering safe, evidence based, and personalized care.
Before founding TrueForm Medical, Andres built his career at Trillium Health Partners, where he practiced in Emergency Medicine, served as an Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner Leader, and later as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. His experience in high acuity settings developed exceptional expertise in anatomy, procedural precision, and clinical decision making. His dedication to excellence has been recognized with the Trillium Health Partners Clinical Teaching Award and the Access Innovation Award.
Today, Andres continues to practice as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner while pursuing his passion for aesthetic medicine. Following advanced injectable training through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics, he has continued to expand his expertise in facial anatomy, collagen biostimulators, regenerative aesthetics, and ultrasound guided procedures.
His philosophy is simple: enhance your natural features while preserving facial harmony. Every treatment is tailored to your unique anatomy and goals, with a focus on safety, precision, and natural looking results. FounderJudy Espin is the Founder of TrueForm Aesthetics and a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience in emergency, primary care, and Nephrology. Her extensive healthcare background provides the strong clinical expertise, safety standards, and compassionate patient care that define her approach to aesthetic medicine.
Certified as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector since 2023, Judy has completed advanced training in collagen biostimulators, dermal fillers and skin care, continuously expanding her knowledge to provide the latest evidence-based, non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Passionate about the connection between health, wellness, and beauty, Judy is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through natural-looking aesthetic enhancements. She believes that aesthetic treatments should enhance natural features, never change them. Judy takes the time to educate and empower every client so they feel confident, informed, and comfortable throughout their aesthetic journey.
